Operations Committee

The Operations Committee brings together all figures in charge of different duties related to the management of our department to efficiently coordinate the decision-making process and monitor its effective implementation related to all type of infrastructural and organizational interventions with the final goal to boost and maximise the scientific potential of our department.

The Operations Committee is in charge of solving any type of problem related to the general management of the department. This involve general maintenance and space allocation within the department; management of the storage; organization of common reagents; defining mechanisms of general costs allocation; logistic security and safety issues; maintenance of the general routine lab equipment; ensuring a functional IT infrastructure and support.
