Experimental post-graduate - Lab Pasini: Epigenetic Mechanisms in Cellular Identity (Ref. 2025-01-DP/05)

 

The lab is looking for motivated scientists interested in characterizing fundamental epigenetic mechanisms that control cellular identity in physiological and pathological conditions. We are currently looking for different figures interested in working in the fields of transcription, chromatin and epigenetics:

Experimental post-graduate: we are looking for recently post-graduated scientists with a master degree related to molecular biology interested in studying mechanisms related to epigenetics, chromatin regulation and transcription in mammalian systems using multidisciplinary and multi-omic approaches. Scientists interested in pursuing a PhD program (www.semm.it) are particularly encouraged to apply.

Work environment: The Pasini’s lab is fully based at the Department of Experimental Oncology within the European Institute of Oncology, one of Europe’s most influential cancer research institutes and affiliated to the University of Milan at the Department of Health Science (DiSS).

The lab is embedded in a highly competitive, international and scientifically stimulating environment that offer excellent working conditions, state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructures (www.research.ieo.it).

Our labs are located within the metropolitan area of Milan close to the city center (~3 km) which provides several international opportunities and stimulating off-work activities.
