One-year fellowship position, with the possibility of a renewal for an extra year, is available in the Laboratory of Genome Integrity at the European Institute of Oncology (Milan, Italy) led by Professor Stefano Santaguida. We seek highly motivated candidates with strong interest in chromosome segregation, cell cycle and cancer biology. The successful candidate will be trained and involved primarily in projects concerning the impact of aneuploidy in cancer.
Requisites of the candidate:
- BA degree in Biology, Biotechnology or relative disciplines awarded by an Italian university or a title obtained abroad which has been recognised as equivalent to the Italian degree;
- basic knowledge of English;
- theoretical background in molecular and cellular biology;
- reliability, precision and motivation.
The position will start on September 1st 2022 and will be for one year with a possible extension for another year.
