The DEO launches the first Undergraduate Summer Program (USP), designed for undergraduate students with a strong background in science. Students will be given an exciting and unique “hands-on” opportunity to conduct research under the supervision of an experienced researcher. All USP participants will also benefit from complementary scientific activities, including meetings for discussions with other students and researchers, and seminars on different topics in clinical and basic science to further train them in scientific thinking.
Positions will be awarded competitively based on the student’s academic records, the motivation statement and reference letter(s). Students will be matched with the available laboratories according to their background and the area of interest indicated on their application.
