MILAN MEETS IMMUNOLOGY, MMI is an annual Immunology event where immunologists from the Milan area meet to discuss their work and kickstart new collaborations.
Each edition is hosted by one of the five research institutions that promote the event (Humanitas, San Raffaele, IFOM-IEO, INGM and INT). Ever since the first MMI, held in September 2011, the network has been expanding and evolving, creating new opportunities for the institutes and participants.
MMI is an opportunity to present and discuss your data in a friendly atmosphere with an informal audience.
This also makes it a great place for young immunologists to exchange ideas, techniques and, why not, start the seed for collaborative endeavours across labs and institutions.
The amazing midsummer MMI2023 edition took place at IFOM/IEO.
Short talks from selected abstracts and posters on the following topics, have been presented.
- Immune-driven pathology.
- Encironmental and therapeutic modulation of the immune system.
- Innovative dimensions in immunology.
