I am a Bioinformatician, with the main interest in NGS data analysis and in the development of shiny-based web applications. I completed my PhD under a Joint Doctoral project in a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Innovative Training Network (MSCA ITN) programme from UVLF, Slovakia and UAB, Spain.
I also have working experience with a private company as a next-generation sequencing data analyst and junior research fellow at the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR) and National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology (NRCPB).
Currently, I am working on RNA-seq, Single-cell RNA-seq and Bulk ATAC-seq data generated from Tumor vs Far Tumor, Responder vs Non Responder to chemotherapy and the role of lipids in the metabolic control of CD8+ T cells by the gut microbiota.
Apart from playing with the data, I enjoy driving cars and listening to music.
