Management Committees are bodies of governance of the Department of Experimental Oncology of the IEO that puts together different administrative and scientific expertise to cover strategic areas of governance. By directly referring to the Office of the Chairman, the goal of the Management Committees is to facilitate the decision-making process and its implementation to boost a fluid and efficient working environment in our department. The Management Committees are revised and renewed every two years by the Office of the Chairman and their activities cover four strategic areas: administration, management, education and communication.
