Tenure group leader at the department of Experimental Oncology in IEO. I am adjunct professor in Medical statistics at University of Milan and Faculty member of System Medicine PhD (European School of Molecular Medicine, Milan). National Academic Qualification as Associate Professor (medical statistics). I am the external statistical consultant for the Ethical committee of Multimedica and Member of steering committee of the EORTC Melanoma group and Chair of the EORTC-Epidemiology subgroup. I was senior investigator at the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. H-index=60 (Scopus November 2022). More than 300 publications in peer reviews journals and one third as first or last name or corresponding author.

The unit is composed by researchers, with expertise in biostatistics, bioinformatics and epidemiology. We we are involved in several projects characterized by OMIC data (microbiome, gene expression and radiomic). 

I worked for 20 years providing constant consultation in a wide range of areas including statistical design of experiments and clinical trials, protocol development, analysis of data and interpretation of results.
